Founded in June 2022 with a registered capital of RMB600 million, the company is located in Huangmen Industrial Zone, Qingshui County, Tianshui City, Gansu Province, covering an area of 400,000 square meters. The company has international first-class production equipment, advanced production technology, fast cost reduction logistics network transportation, perfect testing method, scientific management system, gather force to build the industrial base integrated with leading domestic composite ceramics and resistant materials .

In June 2022, the company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Tianshui Municipal People's Government of high-performance composite materials Industrial Zone, to invest in the construction of composite ceramics and resistant materials integrated comprehensive recycling project. The investment agreement was formally signed in November of the same year. The project has been listed as a key investment attraction project in Gansu Province in 2022, and a major construction project in Gansu Province in 2023.

The total investment of the project is 2.47 billion yuan, and the construction of 4 composite ceramics and resistant materials smelting production lines,2 high-performance ceramic products production lines,4 advanced resistant materials production lines, and 2 graphitized products production lines has reached an annual output of 60,000 tons of composite ceramics, 180,000 tons of advanced resistant materials and 60,000 tons of graphitized products production plan.

The project construction has begun in March 2023, the first production line will be put into operation in May 2024, and all production will be reached in 2025. After the completion of the project, it will become the largest integrated comprehensive recycling of composite ceramics and resistant materials in China

The Industrial Zone has an annual sales of 7 billion yuan, an annual tax of more than 100 million yuan, and drives more than 1,200 local employment.
